Cancellation policy

When making a reservation with a New York City limo service, it is important to read the cancellation policy carefully. There are certain exceptions to this policy, however. For instance, reservations for proms and weddings outside of the metropolitan area cannot be canceled more than 48 hours in advance. In those instances, a cancellation fee of up to fifty percent of the Basic Fare will apply. If you need to cancel within the last few hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you must contact the company directly to make arrangements.

The NYC limo service must accommodate all changes, including date and time of pickup. Clients can cancel up to four hours before the pick-up time, but must pay the balance in full when the vehicle arrives. Unless a client is unable to make the change, the entire trip will be charged.
